A friendly front desk surprise

The warm welcome from the front desk staff really made my day. Their genuine kindness brightened up the otherwise weary stay. It felt like home, even if just for a night.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. Bugs in the bathroom and cleanliness issues left much to be desired. A cooling AC that took ages didn’t help either.

Consider bringing your own streaming device for better entertainment options. the TV service could be improved.

would stay here again and again

the room, King Room, Non-Smoking, was neat and comfy. had a microwave and refrigerator which made snacking easy. flat-screen TV with plenty of channels was a plus. bathroom had a nice hot shower, but it was a bit chilly. everything was clean, and those clean sheets were great to sleep in!

Free wifi worked well. flat-screen TV had many channels. Bed was uncomfortable, though.
